Ongoing support for the long haul—because I don’t believe in building something beautiful and then vanishing into the mist. I offer website tending, updates, troubleshooting, small tweaks, and steady behind-the-scenes care so your site stays healthy, secure, and aligned as your work evolves. This is support for healers, helpers, and holy troublemakers who want a real human in their corner, not an AI chatbot.
My Process
I build WordPress websites using the Divi framework. Your website will be beautiful, fast-loading, customer-focused and optimized for search engines.
Planning & Research
We will begin by discussing your business mission and goals and how you see your website or other digital properties supporting your growth. I will take time to understand your calling, the audience you hope to serve, and the future you have in mind for yourself and your clients.
Initial Design
Based on what is harvested from the planning & research stage, I will produce up to 3 designs from which you may choose and customize. This process takes about two weeks from ideation to presentation.
Approval Process
We will meet to discuss the recommended designs, explore customization and set a project timeline. This will also be the time to explore options for photography and video assets. It is ideal if your site uses your own photography, but if that is not possible I can select and recommend stock photos/videos to suit your project.
Web Development
Once you approve the final design, I will build your site to your specifications and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). This stage of the project can take between 4-8 weeks depending on the number of pages and the complexity of the customization.
Approval & Launch
This is where you get to see the website in the nearly final iteration and make final edits. You will have the chance to make as many edits as needed to make sure the site you launch is a site you love.
Ongoing Support
I offer training, strategy, and ongoing support packages from full updates collaborator to training so you can tend your digital acre with confidence.
