About Hazel

Hi, I’m Hazel Knight, a seasoned digital community builder with a diverse background in the digital and spiritual spaces. With a focus on heart-centered content, I have guided digital community engagement for a variety of initiatives, including The Wild Church Network The BTS Center, The Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, Extravagance UCC, and Agnes Scott College.

In addition to my digital work, I’m a certified nature therapy guide, outdoor spiritual caregiver, and retreat facilitator. I’ve organized and facilitated two queer nature retreats back in the United States, led two cohorts of the Ecospiritual Leaders online course for The BTS Center and guided eco-spiritual practices and nature-based retreats worldwide. I’ve facilitated nature therapy experiences in locations such as The Netherlands, Latvia, Germany’s Black Forest, Harvard Divinity School, Arkansas, Florida, and Maine.

As a graduate of Emory University’s Candler School of Theology, I combine digital expertise with spiritual insight and a deep commitment to eco-spirituality. This unique blend allows me to serve as both a skilled digital media professional and a compassionate guide, helping individuals and organizations align their work with their core values and a deeper sense of purpose rooted in the sacredness of the world.

No matter where I am or what I’m doing, there’s always one thing driving me: the ardent desire to align my deepest passions with the world’s greatest needs.

Let’s journey together and see where our fiercely tender callings take us.
